iMPrint Magazine - Editor’s Blog

It’s almost here! The new semester has started, and iMPrint’s new content is nearly ready to go live. Our first issue- complete with new articles, blog entries, and features- will be up and running on Monday, September 17th.

A new semester also means some fresh faces on staff. We held our recruitment drive last week, and nearly 40 new members are now part of the iMPrint team. The new editorial staff has also been selected. Kaitlyn Golden, who contributed several articles to iMPrint last semester, is now the News editor, and former blogger Chris Winn is our new sports guy. Returning to the editorial staff from previous stints are Arts & Entertainment editor Jenna Valentino (from last semester), Life editor Lauren Smulski (from Fall 2006, after a semester-long sojourn in Spain), and Multimedia Editor Aaron Arm (he’s the guy responsible for much of the amazing art you see on iMPrint, in case you were wondering). Finally, as with every new semester, you can expect tons of new features at iMPrint this fall, including new blogs, another In Depth special, and all-new online contests (with some nice rewards for winning, no less).
